It seems the system is set up for a default method of operation is calling card. Meaning, the system wants to answer a call from a customer, then respond to them via IVR. Looking at all the tutorials I can find, they also follow this default
Now instead of that, I am wanting to just pass calls through the system of valid customers. Going through the ag-conf1 settings, I have shut off every calling card menu type function I could find, and enabling others which may look like it could help pass calls.
I set up a SIP user and try calls, and all I can get is
...rejected because extension not found in context 'a2billing'.
Anyone got any experience with changing it to pass valid customers through?
