HI, I am new here. I just installed A2Billing 1.3.0 on my test server(CentOS 5 + Asterisk 1.4) and I have some trouble to access the A2Billing UI.

I try to access http://<my server public IP>/a2billing and all I got is a blank page.

However, if I try to access http://<my server public IP>/a2customer and all it shows me the customer login screen.

The templates_c has been set to 777.

mysql is running, confirmed.

Asterisk manager is working. I can telnet into it.

php, apache is also working (well, I can see the customer login page!)

Did I missing something here? I couldn't figure it out myself. :?

Please help.

Thanks a lot.

I moved the server from the public IP to inside the LAN then try to access it and it works fine.

This make me think that if I put the production server on a remote site with public IP, how can I access the admin UI?
